BusyWorks — Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 6, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BusyWorks website and BusyWorks products, including BusyWorks Pro and the Solopreneur Survival Guide (together, the "Service"), provided by BusyWorks ("BusyWorks," "we," or "us"), with a mailing address at 1013 Madeline Lane, Slidell, LA 70460.

By creating an account, purchasing a BusyWorks product, subscribing to BusyWorks Pro, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms should be read together with the BusyWorks Privacy Policy and the BusyWorks Refund and Cancellation Policy.

2. About the Service

BusyWorks helps solopreneurs and micro business owners stay busy by implementing social media and booking processes. BusyWorks currently offers:

  • BusyWorks Pro: $59 per month, recurring monthly.

  • Solopreneur Survival Guide: $9 one-time purchase.

Services and products are delivered online.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract in the United States to use the Service. BusyWorks serves customers located in the United States only. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you and to the activities you conduct through the Service.

4. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

  • Email info@busyworks.us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. Email intake is available at any time, but BusyWorks does not promise an immediate human response.

5. Subscriptions, purchases, billing, and cancellation

  • BusyWorks Pro is $59 per month, billed monthly and renewing automatically until you cancel.

  • The Solopreneur Survival Guide is a one-time purchase at $9 and does not renew.

  • Payment and billing are processed by Stripe, BusyWorks' payment processor and payment facilitator. Stripe processes the payment and billing information required to complete a purchase or subscription under the Stripe Privacy Policy. BusyWorks does not represent that it directly receives or stores full payment-card details.

  • You may cancel BusyWorks Pro at any time by emailing info@busyworks.us. Cancellation is effective when the cancellation email is received at that address. Cancellation prevents the next monthly renewal, while service and access continue through the already-paid monthly period.

  • BusyWorks offers no refunds and no prorated refunds, subject only to legally non-waivable refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any law or the rights of others.

  • Send spam or unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing content.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or interfere with its operation.

  • Reverse engineer or rebuild a substantially similar competing service from information gained through your access.

  • Automate or resell access without BusyWorks' written permission.

BusyWorks may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service, such as social-media copy, booking-flow inputs, and business information. You grant BusyWorks a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and share that content with necessary service providers solely to operate the Service for you and to create or configure the requested social-media and booking assets. You are responsible for having the rights necessary to submit and use that content.

Necessary providers process only the information required for payment, communication, service delivery, and creation or configuration of requested social-media and booking assets.

8. Service availability

BusyWorks online services and email intake may be accessed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. BusyWorks does not promise:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free availability.

  • An immediate human response to any email or request.

  • Any specific business outcome, such as bookings, followers, or revenue, from your use of the Service.

9. Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party providers, including Stripe as payment processor and payment facilitator, Systeme.io as funnel and email provider, a booking provider, and the applicable profile platforms: Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, and Nextdoor. Those providers process only information required for payment, communication, service delivery, and creation or configuration of requested social-media and booking assets.

BusyWorks is not responsible for those providers' terms, availability, pricing, or actions. Use of those providers is subject to their own terms and policies.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, BusyWorks disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or other right that cannot legally be waived.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • BusyWorks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities.

  • BusyWorks' total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid to BusyWorks in the twelve (12) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow some or all of these limitations. Where a limitation is not permitted, it applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits legally non-waivable rights or remedies.

12. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless BusyWorks and its personnel from third-party claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of (a) your use of the Service, (b) your content, or (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel BusyWorks Pro at any time as described in Section 5. BusyWorks may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if BusyWorks discontinues the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including Sections 5, 7, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15, will survive.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. This governing-law provision does not deprive a customer of legally non-waivable rights under applicable law.

15. Changes to these Terms

BusyWorks may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated Effective Date. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires a different form of notice or consent.
